Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Spent a week in beijing, I now have a severe chest infection. If you can take antibiotics with you and as soon as you feel a sore throat comi9ng on take them.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: For climbing the Great Wall it is nessessary to have good shoes or boots with you! The steps are steap and unregular and you don't want to break your legs!

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Beijing is freezing in winter time (up to -8C). Be sure to get plenty of thermals and fleece.
