Why is it called Dogs Dont Care about the Buns?

Just meat buns....nothing too fantastic about them really. I would really prefer char siew buns from Singapore / Hong Kong.... Anyways, we got to try the original from Tianjin when we went there.... still, I maintain my stance, nothing too fantastic about them!

Favorite Dish: Lots of them at Wang Fu Jing though they are more the local sort. There is also one near the Tong Ren Tang at Qian Men...that one looks authentic....and expensive.

Steamed Dumplings

Favorite Dish: Throughout Beijing you can find on the streets little restaurants that make very delicious food. Among them is a variety of steamed dishes, such as vegetable dumplings or meat Bao Zi (dumplings). There are eggs, rice noodles, and vegetables inside the vegetable dumplings. And for the meat ones, ground pork mixed with green onions, garlic, and ginger. Extremely delicious! A must have for all tourists. Dip them in some Chinese vinegar if you like.
