The store claims to have "Pipin Hot Cream Puffs" but when some friends and I went there, we got cold cream puffs.
We were told by the manager and what seemed to be the owner there that they were supposed to be cold. No way!!! We were just in Shanghai and had really warm puffs that were so delicious.
They basically accused us of lying and told us that they'd even pay for us to fly to Shanghai to prove to us they were served cold. One of the guys even called a Shanghai location and talked to them and they told my girlfriend they were served cold.
I'm never going back to this particular location because they were really rude and we like our puffs warm!!!
I'd highly recommend other locations if you can find them!!!
