This restaurant is in the same building of the massage place(reference to my must see activity) . Have a good view to WTC and the main street on the second floor.
I often come here after massage . It's a clean, nice cute place . I would not suggest you have any western food in Beijing, you pay much more for the same food here than Europe.
If you miss "pasta" or "Spaghetti" , this is the place to go!

Favorite Dish: They serve hand made noodles with varieties of suase, my favourte is the tamato one.
Brocoli (XIA LAN HUA) is very good!
Matton is worth to taste!
Don't forget HUANG HE local beer!
The flavour is typical north -western style, you can understand that from the name of the restaurant. It's from the part of silk-road.

The cost is extremely reasonable respect the service and ambience. With RMB30-40 you can have enough good.
