The atmosphere is very nice. There are antique cars parked outside the building. The restaurant is on the second floor. There is a wide circular staircase that leads up to the restaurant. There is a lot of space and classy modern looking decor. Very chic! Lovely on the balcony in the summer!

Favorite Dish: A wonderful French restaurant! Their steaks are very good. My favorite is their creme brulee dessert. Just to DIE for! Flo has a great set meal that includes appetizer, main course, dessert and drink. I have many fond memories with many different groups of friends at Flo's.
