A trendy restaurant that serves fusion cusine. We went there on a weekday for lunch. Nobody was there, we had to ring the door bell to enter. The place looked more like an art gallery than restaurant. Later, we found out that they did host art exhibitions from time to time. Reading the menu took a while but fun - very theatrical.
Favorite Dish: Everything!! The quality of food was great, but the presentation was even more exceptional. Every dish was a surprise - a nice one - for the eyes and taste buds.

GREEN TEA HOUSE (MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN BEIJING!!! Unfortunately, I discovered this gem in the last week before I left for Canada...THANKS MATT FOR TAKING ME!!!)
This is a photo I borrowed off another site because THEY DON'T ALLOW PHOTOS!!! (I think they are concerned with people catching onto their unique and FABULOUS idea! It has the best ambience I've EVER seen in ALL of my travels!!!)
If you want to see the site that I got this photo from, go to:

Beautiful surroundings...the sound of water...lush plants...gorgeous flowers...
Our placemats had been decorated with semi-precious stones and rose petals...GORGEOUS!!! These people know how to add the special touches...
The teas are TO DIE FOR! The food is FABULOUS! The portions are dainty...but absolutely DELECTABLE! You select your fresh bread from a little basket...VERY DELICIOUS! There was nothing that I did not LOVE at this restaurant...
Favorite Dish: The ice flower/fruit tea! (Best tea I've ever had!!!) EVERYTHING is PERFECT!!!
