Favorite Dish: Never make mistake if you order these dishes in Si Chuan Rstaurant:
Ba Bao Cha(Si Chuan Te)
La Zi Ji Ding(not these days with bird flu)
Zhang Chang Ya (Si Chuan Duck ,half is ok)
Yu Xiang Rou Si (Fried pork with mushroom and bamboo)
Qing Chao Dou Miao (Fried vege)
You can order the level of spicy by showing how many chilli (2-4) you prefer.
