Jinjiang Palace restaurant in Hotel Asia serves great Shanghai cuisine (and others, too), and especially I found the fish very good. I had dinner at a banquet room, and it may well be that the food comes from a joint kitchen of the three restaurants in the hotel. The Old Dock boat restaurant has an emphasis on sea and river food.
Favorite Dish: Good dishes here: stewed shredded bean curd “Yangzhou style”.
Steamed Mandarin fish.
