Nen Gren Ju, Beijing

Nen Gren Ju Restraunt. This is definetly not cheap though, i went to this on my last day so i was basically spoiling myself. I payed 100RMB, but there again i eat quite a bit. Come to think of it, this is only £8 or so, which compared to London is pretty cheap for a meal like that!
You have someone helping you cook the food throughout and showing you what you need to do. Whether this pleases or annoys you though is a completely different story. I had absolutely no clue what to do to begin with.

Favorite Dish: When you arrive, there is already vegetables and little dips on the table for you. I ordered mutton (a must in this cuisine) and squid, also some spinach (you need to order a vegetable of some kind). A dish of noodles (Chowmein) to eat at the end.

The table powers the boiling pot in the middle where you cook and boil your own food while you eat. Just dip the vegetables, mutton, squid bit by bit in the pot and wait for it to cook well. You need to stir this brown dip properly in its bowl because you're going to dip eveything you eat in there first.

Good chop stick skills are a must here.
