There are sereval bus in the morning to Shuyang, take the bus from Hubin South Bus Station, the bus will pass you at Shuyang, around Shuyang, rent a moto drive to take you to neclear base......
The bus price should be between RMB20-50. 4-5 hours to Shuyang.
Moto rent is about 70-100 RMB for one day tour or 2RMB per kilometer.
