Farmer's chicken with Chinese pasta and lamb soup. Tell them your order before you go into the attraction area, spend at least about 1 hour inside (it's a quite a big place) and your chicken and lamb will be ready for you when you come out. The chicken with Chinese pasta (actually including noodles as well, but we were already stuffed so we skipped it) is 50 RMB and the lamb soup (plenty of tender lamb, no muttony smell, lots of coriander) is 40 RMB. 4 hungry people for a 90 RMB meal and we couldn't finish it all!
Favorite Dish:
Absolutely gastric-inducing, mouth-watering, lip-smacking farmer's chicken with Chinese pasta and lamb soup. I don't know which was better, both were so wonderful!
Our dinner was at one local style restaurant but look modern with typical Chinese cooking, as usual, pork, lamb, chicken are main dishes but all in Chinese only, I can read, so nothing to worry. One thing about restaurant in China is, you don't look for the name of the restaurant but look for the location, customers and what are they selling.
Favorite Dish:
Try the "Zi Ran Yang Rou", Lamb fried with local spice called Zi Ran. Taste extreme delicious, serve yourself with Chinese tea to enjoy the full excitement.
