Getting there's a bit tricky if you don't know the way as it's completely unmarked. The entrance to the area is a small dirt staircase near the highway entrance (if you're looking at the entrance, the stairs are on your left just after the curve in the road). However once you find your way up the staircase you'll find a fantastic little temple depicting the horrors awaiting those that don't behave in this world.
