There’s also a West Lake in Chaozhou. Though it can’t be mentioned in the same breath with the West Lake in Hangzhou, the view of the west lake is beautiful too. Lovers like dating here in the evening especially on the Valentine's Day maybe because the West Lake is romantic enough :)

Have a walk along the Han-River side to enjoy the beautiful night view and feel the night wind from the Han-River, you will find yourself get a great refreshment! Especially at summer night, the wind with water vapor takes away the hotness, brings people coolness and relaxation. All the weariness, unpleasure will go away with the cool wind……

There is only city wall in the east of Chaozhou. The city wall is along the Han-River. Both the day and night scenes are beautiful. Some people will have a walk here after dinner. Behind this wall, it’s the old town of the city. There’s a street where there are some food stalls selling night snacks. It’s a nice place to taste some Chaozhou food and drink some beers with your friends in summer night :)

The music spring, located at the Chaozhou people square, is a new scenic spot which was built a few years ago. I don’t’ know it still shows every night, but sure it will show during holiday evenings. It begins from 8:30 PM to 9 PM. Many people gather here to enjoy the music spring when it’s showing. I think it’s a nice place to relax after dinner.
