There are two large nightclubs at Kaiping. Both are massive with large dance floors and many private karaoke rooms. The largest private room can accommodate over 30 people sitting with large screen tv's and a large selection of song both in English and Chinese. The price is very reasonable as the rooms are free if you drink to a certain dollar limit on alcohol. Most average rooms are about $500-1000rmb with the VIP room at around $1800rmb. If your party drinks over that price then the rooms are free of charge.

There is a street in the main island of Kaiping filled with bars. I had the chance to visit the area but due to arriving late couldn't find any seats at the bars. I went to 4 different locations and all of them were packed. The atmosphere was great inside and many types of alcohol were served.
