At Hong Kong International Airport arrival lobby, there are several bus companies operating regular bus shuttles from the airports to various towns in Guangdong - Guangzhou, Shenzen, Dongguang, Humen, Changan and many others. Many Hong Kong, Taiwan and Asian expatriates frequently use this shuttle to get to factories in the many industrial parks.
The usual border crossing is at China's Huanggang.
I have used the Gogo bus shuttle service often. No need prior booking. The last bus usually around 8 to 9pm. Make sure that you have a valid China entry visa. Light snacks and mineral water are often offered on board the bus.
You need to take your luggage off the bus when going through both border checkpoints.

I think in most people's mind, you would imagine China has bikes everywhere. And it is true that bike is very common for every family in most cities in China, however, here in Guangdong, it isn't bike, but motorcycle. Almost every family has at least one motorcycle. Isn't that cool? It just speeds up everything compared to bike!

I love this countdown thing for traffic so you can plan your time better while waiting - Maybe you then know how long your nap can be? :-)
