If you really need a breath of fresh air then this is the best place in Guangdong province to get some. Of course there's also plenty of shade, mountain springs, waterfalls, and luscious green foliage to keep you refreshed.
It's only 20 km from Zhaoqing but you'll want to spend more time here so plan on an extra day if you can.
Among the attractions here is a Buddhist temple serving vegetarian meals and a natural pool beneath a waterfall that Sun Yatsen (Sun Zhongshan) is said to have used as his own swimming hole.
