Everyone loves to have their pics taken especially when there's a beautiful backdrop that goes with it. Well, here's the catch when you are in Yi Ling Cave. You will arrive at one of the most beautiful stone formations with its reflections on the clear waters. The photographers will say that your camera is not able to capture the beautiful scene as your camera's flash is not powerful enough - they will photograph you with this nice scene and guess what? ...they will give you the photograph later when you exit the cave. Hmmmm.......
We did not want ours to be taken , knowing that there's no such thing as "free lunches" - anyway, they insisted so we just let them take the photos - knowing that we will not buy the photos anyhow.
Well, they kept their promise - they will give you your photos but its a tiny 3cm by 2cm photo of you against the scenery. Don't fret - if you think that you want an enlargement.... ah..hah
...its all ready for you! 15yuan for a 3R and 30yuan for a 4R - lucrative business eh??
Unique Suggestions: If they insist that everyone has to take a photo - no worries, just take it. They will not force you to buy it anyway.
Fun Alternatives: Just simply don't buy the photos. Keep the tiny ones for laughs!
