Take a Kailli-Guiyang bus from Wenhua Beilu long distance bus station for 50yuan which departs every half an hour to Guiyang airport. You had to inform the bus driver that you are alighting at Guiyang airport. The driver would make a detour to drop you RIGHT AT THE ENTRANCE OF DEPARTURE HALL without extra charged. But if diver requests, pay 5-10yuan for the entrance fee to airport.
This info was given to me by an experience tour operator which many of local even tourist drivers unaware of such service! Many still thought passenger had to alight at junction and change into taxi to the airport.

We came to Guizhou from Chengyang in Guangxi. The road was bad and it took us several days. Once we were in Kaili, we went to CITS to arrange transportation to the nearby villages. This must be the friendliest CITS we encountered ever. They spoke English, and they were willing to take us anywhere we desired. They could pick you up from Guiyang, to Kaili, do some village hopping here, then on to all the minority villages towards the direction of Chengyang in Guangxi. Geee... we should have done our trip in reverse direction.
