Favorite thing: We visited the beautiful Butterfly Park during our last day in Sanya, where there are several big net houses for millions of butterflies, and a butterfly museum. Well, I can say this is a place for a romantic, beautiful dream, especially when you walk inside the net house, and millions of butterflies are flying around you in the multicoloured garden…So wonderful!!
Location: Nearby Yalong Bay, no more than 10 mins for walk from the bay. Also, you can get there by bus too.
Ticket : RMB30
Fondest memory: Relation between a man and a butterfly---
All of the sudden, without any omen, the story about the butterfly that fell into the water happened here... It's life being endangered, the limit of it reducing with each passing moment.
A man gave it a chance to live again. Is it fate or an accident?
I believe, in the moment when the man and and the butterfly touched, a certain relation had already been produced silently. That scene has moved me for a long time afterwards…

Favorite thing: a) eating raw sea urchin, good taste. Seafood is good too!!!
b) spa in the resort, wonderful!!!
Fondest memory: like the li,mao aboriginal village because it's totally another experience, you can feel their passion with their dance and show. Really don't wanna say "A-ca-nu-naw" (Goodbye in their language) to this place.

Favorite thing: This beach is always very touristy with people from all around china to get their photos take in front the stones.
the beach itself is crap but the rocks along the beach are somewhat worth checking out.

Favorite thing: 2 RMB for a big juicy coconut, haha.
Areca, together with coconut are tow most popular "fruit"? in hainan island.
Arecas are thoses small green fruit which taste very astringent. You are meant to chew them with a piece of leaf, and it can get you anesthetized after a few minutes when the saliva you spit out turns orange/red.
The locals believe that chewing arecas is extremely good for your teeth.

Located at the southern tip of hainan island, about at the same latitude as hawaii. Sanya's air is much cleaner in comparism to most other cities in china.
