Fast food...
KFC is interesting in China. For example: the popcorn chicken at home is made with chunks of actual chicken breast meat. They are yummy, delicious even.China: not so. They are chunks, but not chunks of meat. My first bite, I thought, "Hmm... That's not supposed to crunch and squish like that..." Spat it out, and figured it was a bad piece. Perhaps some gristle made it through the grinder, or perhaps somebody's finger knuckle got stuck in the machine...2nd piece, a little more cautiosly, was revealed to be the same. Turns out that KFC China uses the gristley leg knob, from the ends of drumsticks, to make their popcorn chicken bits.Be warned.
