Terrible, terrible, terrible!
Honestly nothing nice abt this place comes to mind. according to guides this is the longest running Western restaurant in Beidaihe. It is supposed to have opened in the 30's. Skip this place however. The food is inedible, the decor has probably not been renovated since the 30s (eventhought the buildig is probably newer than that) and the service is also horrible. It is the firs time I see a restaurant in china (excpot very small family-run ones) where the staff does not wear a uniform.
The waitresses spen the whole time running. Youcall them to order and they run to your tabnle. Then they run the order to the kitchen. And they kept on running.
