Shanhaiguan has some nice beaches, which are still mainly used for the fisher boats. The sand is white and very nice. But the ocean can be cold. even in summer.

Shanhanguan is by itself "Off The Beaten Path". Not many people come to this town on the Chinese Sea. Here the Great Wall has its Eastern End.
