Korean style...

I thought life is threating me not too bad until I saw what the restaurant in Jiamusi has to offer to the rich and famous or should I say "powerful" Never in my life of 30 yrs would I imagine having more than 10 dishes for every meals...especially not possible in this small city which I couldn't even find any information on the web prior to my visit. All I managed to find is the info desciption the basic information about Jiamusi. Even the powerful google search failed to provide any photos. Now that I have seen it, taste it... let me know relate to you the 6 wonderful days I spent in Jiamusi.

Favorite Dish: The varities of fishes, cook in so many different ways.... and the taste...absolutely amazing.

I supposed the best part is that every meal of ten or more dishes in the restaurant or "fan tian" cost only between RMB200 - RMB1000 for about 10 to 12 people. And the RMB 1000 plus meal is actually in the Jiamusi's top restaurant up the hill beside the reservoir. Let me convinced you with the evidence .....

Jiamusi is the hub in eastern part of Heilongjiang. It links the capital city Harbin and some other main cities such as Jixi, Tongjiang, Hegang. There also has a new line to the most eastern part Fuyuan.

after shower....

Going to a shower house/ spa is common...
Paying RMB 18 and you get to shower in a open area.... and yes...with everyone else, of course the same sex!!!!

For the locals, they shower once every 4-5 days... especially when its snowing...and chilling cold.

This shower houses provides good foot reflex and massage too.. and an hour massage only cost RMB40 and a foot reflext cost RMB 28. Obviously I tried all... and you can see that fresh feeling on my face... in the photo.. Too friend's photography skills.. not too good... so the photo is a little blur... but its really a great experience...

and for the rest of my stay... I showered at home :)
