 walterwu Says:   You can get winter clothing and gears at extremely economical prices at Harbin's Walmart or Pai Lian Shopping Complex.If you are arriving at Harbin by air, you could go very light by getting taxi to the hotel and hotel to the shopping centre without too much clothing on...
