I paid upfront 30% deposit for the rooms via remittance as requested by the Yabuli Windmill Inn. Upon check-in, they reported that they have not received the money into their bank account.
On returning back, I've checked with the remittance agency and there is a confirmation slip from the receiving bank. This confirmation slip has been e-mailed to Yabuli Windmill Resort and they had confirmed receiving the bank's confirmation slip.
To this date (4-Jan-07), 7 days after I've check out, they have not being able to pinpoint the money remitted into their account.
Now is 5-Sep-07 and despite many reminders, still nothing yet. Is this a con?
