Eating in Anyang can be so horrible, especially around the railway station, almost all restaurants are horrible, worst ever cooking and taste and also the hygienic conditions.
I stayed 4 days and was tortured by some of the worst restaurants ever, but luckily the 3rd day I found a restaurant that sells Muslim Noodles, by Muslim-Chinese....and damn so delicious!
Location of this Muslim Noodles is at the shops facing the railway station, if you come out from the railway station, walk towards the shops across the road and then look to the right side, just a few shops away, you can see this Muslim Noodles restaurant, business starts only at night 5pm, tables all fully seated at 7pm.

This well-known chain restaurant is on the corner of Ren Min Da Dao and Hongqi Lu. Its big appeal is free Internet while you drink your coffee. If you can read some Chinese the prices will be cheaper because only western-style food is in English on the menu. Prices are moderate. Not for the serious budget traveller.

Remember to taste the "zha2 xie3 gao1" (curdled animal blood slabs grilled on hotplates) for 1 RMB per packet, sold at the night markets around. I wouldn't say it's absolutely yummy but since I haven't seen it anywhere else yet, it has to be quite unique...
