Taxi drivers charged me 50% extra on the fare when it snowed. Does anyone know if this is official/legal?

The Kaifeng Museum was closed on the days that I was there (the week before the Spring Festival). So be prepared... It's open on the 1st day of Spring Festival though!

Actually, it's made of bricks. Who cares! If pagodas are your passion then you have to stop in Kaifeng while in Henan province and climb this baby. It's always an extra fee to climb pagodas in China...
