You don't really have to bus ticket from the counter in the station as most of the conducter would do it for you. But you have to really ask them what time is the bus leaving as I had to wait for 55mins before the bus left. After that it took him about 20mins to cover I think 10km, still trying to pick up passenger along the way.
Unique Suggestions: Just have to make sure that the bus is leaving. There are 2 buses, one slow and one express, just see which one is leaving first as there is not much different I think since the slow bus leave on time and take about 30mins more to get to Shoalin.
