As in the rest of China, traffic laws are more of a suggestion. And rural china is much worse...the lack of police officers seems to allow people more freedom to drive like maniacs. However, the roads are in great condition, something somewhat strange for a 3rd world country.

No tourist attractions. No for foreigner prices. This is what 60-70% of all Chinese people live like...in the country. Definitely not a city for the high maintenance. Only big thing here is SIAS...
