Q:  hello, I'm about to jump off of a hydrofoil in Yichang and take a train to Xian, while making a two-three day stop in Wudang...

A: You need to buy tickets for each leg, hope you already know that. I think you should be at least able to get a hard seat and upgrade on the train.
