East Lake is located in Wuchang on the South bank of the Yangze River, 5 times larger than the West Lake in Hangzhou East Lake covers an area of around 90 square kilometers. It is probably the biggest tourist attraction in Wuhan and once you are there you will know why, enjoy a stroll along the river banks or a ride in one of the gondolier boats or even check out the games and rides which are also on offer there. Whatever your age or interests East Lake has something for every one.
