In this little sleepy town most businesses are closed by 8pm, including all of local delicacies, restaurants and shopping districts. Several of international standard restaurants and 2 KFC outlets, one McDonalds and one Pizza Hut restaurant close a bit later around 11pm.
If you're still eating your dinner in a restaurant around their closing time, they won't bother telling you anything, just start stacking up chairs and sweeping floors.
So if you plan your dinner out, leave early like the locals, at 5PM
