Located in the city square by the giant outdoor TV screen on the second floor. It's supposed to be a chain restaurant, the other one located a few blocks away, called Cate Lie Fallow Chamber (what a dumb name for a restaurant) is more of a "local" fine dining restaurant where the customers are free to choose the menu - still swimming in the tank. On the second floor is a large area of fish tank with every imaginable type of fish/lobster/shells and another large section of fresh veggies, display of how the dishes are going to look like, and the cold appetizer section. Wow!!!
The Hai Na Baichuan restaurant is more for the upmarket, I suppose
Favorite Dish: Most of their dishes are good and quite reasonable price..... quite cheap actually for the quality and quantity. The menu comes in bilingual - chinese & english + pictures. So won't be a problem ordering.

The Deli is the only one bakery in the city with the best selections of danish & pastry - those crunchy layers of croissants, really puffy curry puff, yummy quiche and the savory spinach & bacon croissant.......
Favorite Dish: Chocolate croissant of course.... he's very generous with the fillings. Yummie!!!
