Changzhou Restaurants

I really can't remember the name of the Chinese fine-dining restaurant, but it was quite popular for business travellers. Aside from the main dining area, there are small dining rooms for those who want privacy, like our group.

Chinese lauriat of exotic dishes made from anything wild - wild grass, wild duck, wild cat, and snake - is their specialty. Snake blood is also available. Can you imagine drinking it? But, we were told that it has medicinal value.

Favorite Dish: It was a very sumptous dinner and I even tried the Chinese wine. What I enjoyed a lot was the Dragon Fruit. It was my first encounter with the fruit and immediately, it reminds me of a Dalmatian. Well, the fruit's meat is white with very small black seeds.
