Chang Zhou is like every bigger city in China, the traffic is crazy.
If you go out walking, you must be careful at all times, both from cars and scooter traffic. Drivers often ignore basic signals and always drive aggressively. Use special care when crossing intersections. When you cross the street always look both ways even if it is a one way street!!!!!!
Almost all the scooters are electric and therefore are very silent. In additional they never have their lights turned on, even at night! I have come close to being hit several times by one.
