Nanjing Botanical Gardens.
This was a very pleasant surprise! When I was there the tulips were in full bloom! Since I love tulips, it was a delight!

I felt that this will be a very good spot to view the scenery of Yantse River. However when I were there in 1997, it was closed for maintance.
