Riding the tricyle

No ideas where to stay for the night ? You can hail one of these tricycles for RMB2 but take cautions with their recommendations.

Unique Suggestions: They may charge you commission (probably 1/3 of what you have to pay for the room) for the recommendation they make. If you do like what they suggest, make sure you feel alright with the amount of commission you gotta pay.

Fun Alternatives: Ask the drivers to show you around and have them stop to check out the places which seem appealing to you. They took us to two hotels/inns first but we didn't like what we saw/smelled (those places were rather worn-out and old). As we passed by this lovely Xitang Inn, they kept saying it wasn't a fine place to stay, we insisted on checking it out and we liked it !

Needless to say, we could see the disappointment in their eyes ... oh well
