Longnan Restaurants

Longnan has a strange culture of eating, it was my personal point of view. I saw mostly restaurants that sell Hun Tun (picture) which is supposedly Fujian food and then there were two restaurants of Muslim selling noodles, that's about all. At night, most of the restaurants sell intestinal of duck and pork. Longnanese, according to a restaurant owner was 'yi shi bu gao' (less consciousness), for the amount of litterings inside his restaurant. (sorry Longnan, I told the truth)
