Favorite thing: Now the Chinese automobile manufacturing increasing their production volume every year. see the web site of the biggest Chinese vehicle manufacture "FAW"=(First Automobile Work) http://www.faw.com/webcontent/index.htm
I was surprised at the sales volume , over 1 million unit! about 20% of total Chinese vehicle production. their business joint with foreign company. for example "Toyota","Volkswagen", "Mazda".
Anyway US main makers vehicle world sales volume in 2004,
GM=8.7million units, Toyota=7.1millon units ,Ford=6.5million units ,DaimlerChrysler 4.4millon units. Maybe oneday chinese makaer will catch up them.
But I hope them clean air vehicle to keep the earth environment.

This building is Former Japan Kanto Military Faction Admin. HQ. When my father was child, his impression about Kanto military was scared in 1940’s. Sometimes the children was forced to march in front of the gate of building. the elementary school teach them to creep flat on the ground for war. Do you think that period of Japan looks like today's North Korea?
Now, this building is used as the Chinese Communist Party committee of Jilin.
Be careful to take a picture directly in front of this building, maybe sentry stop you to take picture.Sometimes it will be strain situation about the North Korea defectors.
