Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Nice, western-like shoes are difficult to find here to... if you find them, they will probably cost you much more than the extra kilos in your luggage.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Deos are hard to find in Changchun. So if you plan to stay here some time either for business or for tourism, consider the idea of bringing enough deodorant.
As the weather is too dry, consider also the extra luggage on hand and body lotions (if you are a woman)... bring some lotion for your skin if you are a man too... believe me!
Photo Equipment: For sure... You can always buy the latest digital camera in one of the electronics shopping malls all over the town.
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Bring them as well... there are outdoor activities, mainly in the summer.
