This restaurant is located inside the Shangri-La hotel and serves a very tasty japanese food.
I went there with my wife and four friends of mine and we had a tepanyaki prepared by an original japanese cook.

It is a small chain in the city, in many addresses. My preferred is located near the Dongfeng St., in the FAW neighborhood.
It is simple, but clean. The kitchen can be viewed through a glass wall. You can even follow your order...
By the way, very cheap. A dinner for two can cost less than $3.
Favorite Dish: Dumplings... you can order many different kinds of dumplings, from the steamed to the fried ones...

Address: Near Dongfend Street, in the FAW neighborhood.
This place is great at night with mood lighting and live piano and violin players to set an intimate ambience.
Favorite Dish: The make freshly brewed coffee to your liking and freshly squeezed juices. I even managed to get an iced coffee just with cold coffee and ice cream - no milk, no sugar - I was in heaven.
