The service is good as well as the food. The prices aren't bad, escpecially for the portions that they give you.
The atmosphere is very homey and comfortable. If you have a CD you want to listen to while eating, the waitresses will usually play it for you if you ask. The choice of couches vs. chairs is a definate plus.
Favorite Dish: The pizza here is great! Lots of cheese and a very bready soft crust. Just watch out for the pizza that has eggs on it, that is a bit odd.

Because of the heavy Korean influence in this part of North China, Dalian has some excellent restaurants which serve Korean style barbecue... The flavors of this kind of Korean cuisine are very unique and tasty! And you get to cook everything yourself, right at your table using hot coals... We had beef, seafood, Chinese vegetables and some very good Manchurian style bread...! Definitely one of my favorite meals from my trip to China... One of many...!

There are many types of seafood which I have not seen before. Very interesting...

This place is about the closest you can get to good Western food in Dalian (unless you go to the fancy hotels which always cost a pretty penny). It has a salad bar, pizza, sandwiches, etc. Even Chinese food, of course.
Favorite Dish: The mushroom soup and the vegetable macaroni. SOOO good. Avoid the pizza at all costs, however. NOT good. The chicken breast sandwich is also good, but it's not chicken breast, it's chicken salad.
