Yiwulu Shan, also known as Lu Shan is a coupleof hours from Jinzhou city, but still in the confines of Jinzhou county.
It's an area of great natural beauty, lush trees and a waterfall. As with all attractive places in China it has been "modernised" for tourism - a path, food and drink stands, Karaoke stands etc. It's unfortunate that the Chinese don't seem to be able to appreciate nature unless they have a couple of loudspeakers blaring out Kenny G....
There are a few temple and things and some famous calligraphy on the rocks, but the natural beauty is the high point.
I went on Mayday weekend so it was packed with peope, but should be very nice out of holiday dates. If only they would turn off that music.

BiJia mountain (bijia Shan) is in fact a hill rather than a mountain. It's probably the most popular destination in Jinzhou.
The hill is in the sea and is joined to the land by a short causeway that you can use at low tide (at high tide you have to take a power boat which costs about 10 Yuan a person). From the top you can have an outstanding view of Jinzhou harbour.
Because of the huge popularity of Bijia (it was packed the day that I was there) they are now building a footbridge to the island/hill. The completely destroys any natural attraction that was remaining...
