This was a beautiful restaurant in Liaoyang. The transparent roof, waterfall , trees and flagstone floor made it seem outdoors
On a long counter were all the raw materials to pic from. Green vegetables in abundance and at least eight types of mushroom. Seafood and meats were all good.
Favorite Dish: Everything I tried was very good steamed and roasted items were delicately flavored.

I can't tell you where this is or even the name. On the window was written Sheep but nothing in roman letters. My host could not even tell me a name other than "Very Good Sheep".
Apparently the owner raises sheep nearby and makes special dishes.
I will say that the full lamb shoulder on a platter roasted with a crust of spices was without doubt the best lamb (my favorite meat) I have had. THe restaurant was very simple but oh that food.
Favorite Dish: Roasted Lamb Shoulder
It was roasted until the meat was falling off the bone. On the outside was a thick crust of spices. I'm drooling just trying to remember it.
