The big, solid volume of the walls make the long and wide moat that surrounds them look like a "insignificant" detail, but we are forced to admit that its perfect conception was an effective defense, and it helps today to enhance the views of the walls and the sensation of power that they emanate.

The Ancient Wall of Xian. At first we were tying to search for a less crowded place to relax but after a long walk we come to a place full of peoples, it was the city center. This place is very very crowded until we have to squeeze hard to get a bus but finally give up to take a small 3 wheel taxi, later we stop at this ancient wall taking this photo.
