It is located in Liaocheng, Shangdong, China. The master of the garden is a famous character in the old Chinese saga novel 'All Men are Brothers'.
I visited it in a cloudy day in p.m. and it happened in 2000.

If you find yourself in Liaocheng don't miss the ShanShanShuiGuan - the ancient customs office. It was a bustling place of activity after the Grand Canal was built. In addition to a customs office the complex also includes a temple, drum tower and stage. When I was there a local university was filming footage for a documentary on the history of the building.
