When you are in Quingdao and fed up of local drinks, why not tasting some beer here in the "Beer Bar" of the Tsingtao-brewery, even the furniture there looks very "german" and the beer taste great.
In that same street, next to the brewery there are a lot of other nightspots as well !

Dress Code: Nobody cares about a dresscode and tourists are always welcome !

This is no regular dance club, once you step your foot on the bouncing dance floor you'll never want to step off it. One huge complaint of this club though, is the music. It sounds like a never ending techno song.

Corner Jazz has a south USA atmosphere, a little dimly lit, but very friendly and inviting. It is comonly standing room only due to being so popular. You can partake in the local game of dice, or fooseball, dance, or simply sit back and socialize. They play good mainstream rock & roll, with DJ's on some nights, not Jazz like the name would imply

Dress Code: Casual

The Jazz Bar as we called it was on Minjiang Road close to Fuzhou road. A friend and co-worker from Baton Rouge became the manager there and brought in a wide expatriate crowd. There are two foosball tables and many tournaments, a dart board, open seating upstairs and downstairs and friendly service. Movie night was held once a week on the big screen and there was live music several nights per week. The menu had all the usual bar fare and there was usually a special each night. Collin's spaghetti and garlic bread was a nice break from chinese food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall, this is just a great place to meet new people from all over the world.

Every Friday from 11-12 is Happy hour at Le Bang, 50rmb for unlimited drinks. Packed full of foreigners.

Beer street is a little street offside the Qingdao beer company's factory. People drink tons of beer every night there, please go there and drink as much as you can, it's really cheap.
