Can anyone tell me if people in Yantai enjoys sports fishing since its situated besides the sea?

Every day that I was there I could watch the Clam Diggers on the beach along side the hotel. This man was scooping them from the bottom sand under water.

Every day that I was there, I saw the Clam Diggers on the beach next to the hotel. They would look for air holes in the sand then dig them out with sticks they carried.
