Chongming Dao Travel Guide

At last a bar in Chongming Dao!

A small friendly bar where you can sit at a bar and have a beer. The music is not too loud and prices reasonable. Friendly local staff, ( If you know "gate 3" you'll get the picture! )

On Chong Ming, they have a park with an old MIG called a Cheng Liu (Avenger 6) that you can sit in if you pay the old lady 1 RMB ($.13).

My Chinese friend told me of a Chinese hero who shot down dozens of American jets in one of these planes during the Korean war. I hated to disapoint him, but no one has ever shot down that many American jets.
