Location: Ground floor of Renaissance Pudong hotel near the elevators.
I went here looking for genuine Chinese embroidered fans for my mom. I was staying at the hotel with my husband for a week since he was attending a conference. He works for Intel.
The nicely dressed gent tending the store quickly showed me several items which was supposedly 70% off but no fan was available. Since I shopped a lot, I noticed that all their good were marked up at least 300%. He then proceeded to ask for my nationality and I said "Filipino". He quickly said "We no (sic) have fan but if we have it will be too expensive for you". WTF! I quickly exited the store because I wanted to scream at him for making such a racist remark. I complained at the hotel desk since they are concession owners only.
